1.1 Non-Personal / Technical Information
We may separately collect non-personal information such as browser type, device type, operating system, and internet service provider, which does not by itself identify you, for the purpose of improving Site performance and security.
2. Voluntary Nature of Data Collection
You may visit the Site anonymously. We collect personal data only where you voluntarily submit it (e.g., during checkout or registration). You may decline to provide certain personal data; however, this may prevent you from completing certain activities on the Site (e.g., placing an order).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data strictly for the purposes notified to you at the time of collection, including to:
- Fulfil and service your orders;
- Respond to customer service requests and support needs;
- Send you transactional communications about your order;
- Send you promotional/marketing communications, only where you have separately and affirmatively opted in, and which you may withdraw consent for at any time (see Section 6);

We do not use your personal data for any purpose beyond what has been disclosed to you, and we do not engage in processing that is incompatible with the notified purpose.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We may share your personal data only with:
- Data Processors engaged by us under written contract (e.g., payment gateways, logistics/shipping partners, email service providers) strictly to perform functions on our behalf and only to the extent necessary for that function. These processors are contractually bound to process data solely per our instructions and this Policy, and are prohibited from independent use of your data.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or to comply with a legal obligation, or as directed by the Data Protection Board of India.
We do not share aggregated or anonymised data in a manner that permits re-identification, except with your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention and Erasure
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law (e.g., tax, accounting, or consumer protection requirements). Once the purpose is served and no legal retention obligation applies, we will erase your personal data, unless you have asked us to retain it for a longer period, or retention is required by law.
You may request erasure of your personal data at any time as set out in Section 7 below.
6. Consent and Your Right to Withdraw It
Where we process your personal data based on consent:
- Consent is sought through a clear affirmative action (e.g., a checkbox that is not pre-ticked) and is specific to the stated purpose.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, with the same ease with which it was given. To withdraw consent, email us at the address in Section 9, or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, but we will stop further processing for that purpose (except where retention/processing is otherwise required by law) and will cause any of our data processors to do the same.
- Withdrawal of consent may mean we are unable to provide certain services (e.g., order fulfilment) that depend on that data.

- Right to Access — obtain a summary of personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken.
