Dhruv was the eldest son of King Uttanpad though his first wife Suneeti. But the King was more attached with his second wife Suruchi and her son Uttam. Kid Dhruv saw his brother sitting on the lap of his father, he also demanded to sit. But Suruchi denied and and told him to seek favour of Lord Narayan to claim his rights as son. Dhruv goes deep into the jungle to meditate with steadfast resolution, the Lord Narayan appreasrs before him and grants the boon that he would become a star to be guiding force of the world!
